MY WORK / UX/UI DESIGN / COCA-COLA PATHWAY

UX / PRODUCT FRAMEWORK TO CREATE PILOT PROJECTS

Fly my pretties, fly!

Pathway by Coca-Cola is a UX process framework that was designed to allow rapid prototyping and development of ideas generated from within the business.

I was utilised as a consultant, conducting stakeholder interviews, creating workflows and processes, plus all the digital tools and materials.

I also worked on several of the pilots themselves, overseeing the design and testing phases.

The first pilot was to test different off-pack entry mechanics - can you believe FB Messenger tested the best?? I think they should have demanded a re-count.

The largest pilot was to test a portfolio wide drink subscription service, called ToBe (a dubious portmanteau of Total Beverage). I designed the experience to feel like a guided chatbot, utilising natural conversational language and integrated consumer data points to aid user decision making. The prototype also considered super condensed re-order flows (such as quick ad-hoc re-order QR codes on packaging) to remove as much unwanted friction as possible.

Whilst the user reaction was overwhelmingly positive, the business at the time was not ready to do any digital d-2-c selling, let alone reposition all it's brands under a single parent entity first.
